1. Overview These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EUSTRESS ATHLETICS website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded if your order is cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. EUSTRESS ATHLETICS is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at lutoimediagroup@yahoo.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, graphics, text, and product designs — is the property of EUSTRESS ATHLETICS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, EUSTRESS ATHLETICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

11. EU Consumer Rights (European Union Customers) If you are located in the European Union, the following additional rights apply to you under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable local laws:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us at lutoimediagroup@yahoo.com before the 14-day period expires. We will refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • Exceptions to Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, or to custom/personalized items.
  • Conformity of Goods: All products sold to EU customers are guaranteed to conform to their description and be fit for purpose. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU law.
  • Dispute Resolution: EU customers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • Governing Law for EU Customers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer. Where EU consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those stated in these Terms, EU law shall prevail.
